Chef, Mitch Sweeten has been feeding the great NW for over 20 years. And now he is ready to serve you.
Mitch first started his culinary career in Kent WA. O'Sullivan steak and chop house. Then moved to the Seattle Waterfront, Elliot Bay fish and Oyster "A premiere seafood restaurant" following Elliot's Mitchell took the Souse Chef position at Hiram's at the Locks also a Seattle landmark.
Then Mitch pursued, and took a position at the premiere resort in Averill’s Sun Valley ID.
Mitchell has been a resident of Gig Harbor for since 2001 and is also a member of the GH Chamber of Commerce, he is offering his professional culinary service to client's in the Gig Harbor Peninsula and North Tacoma areas.
Chef, Mitchell Sweeten specializes in Italian, Asian, Mexican, French and North West favorites.
