Here is how it works: Chef Mitchell Sweeten will conduct a specific intake that includes dietary topics, requirements, and programs such as the following: Weight Watchers, Eat Clean, hyperglycemia, vegan, vegetarian, specific food allergies, cancer illnesses, and other special dietary needs. Mitchell will then take you through a complete list of food likes and dislikes. In addition, he will ask you what your specific goals are so that he can help you achieve them.

Each week you will be presented with a menu customized to your specific needs. Your personal chef will then shop for the freshest ingredients as well as seasonal favorites. That’s right - we do all the shopping! No more mad dash to the grocery store after a hard day’s work or after running the kids all over town.

On your cook date, Chef Mitchell will arrive to your location. Using his own equipment, he will prepare meals and side dishes, seal them in airtight Pyrex, and leave you simple heating instructions so you can enjoy your freshly prepared meals. Get ready.
